Melvin Bredemeier Project Finance Manager Mr. Bredemeier has been a manager and legal consultant, with 28 years experience for three Fortune 500 companies and banking organizations including Wells Fargo Corporation and Fifth Third Bank in business integration, strategic planning, regulatory affairs and compliance, and new product development in the financial service industry. Mr. Bredemeier has managed the legal affairs, corporate trust account administration and business development services for banks located in the midwest and on the east coast. He received his MBA in finance and JD law degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, IN in 1976 and has extensive experience utilizing that background in legal services and debt financings for business entities directly through the debt markets and in conjunction with state and federal agencies. Mr. Bredemeier will be involved with project financing and third source funding opportunities.
