Robert J. Byarski Director, Director Robert Byarski is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Michigan and partner of Kopchick & Company, P.C. located in Sterling Heights, Michigan. Mr. Byarski received his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the Detroit College of Business in 1980. Mr. Byarski provides financial accounting services to corporations and private individuals. He oversees bookkeeping, accounting, tax form prepartion and business financial analysis. He has served the company as a member of its Board of Directors and as its Chief Financial Officer, from the company's inception through January 31, 2011. In retirement, he has agreed to continue as a board member. Mr. Byarski will devote such time as necessary to the affairs of the corporation.
