Sally G. McLellan Director, Secretary Ms. McLellan received a Master Degree in Education and Community Leadership from Eastern Michigan University and is the Director of Southgate Adult and Community Education. Ms. McLellan was responsible for the administration of one of the largest community education facilities in the State of Michigan overseeing a staff of 120 educational professionals and a student body in excess of 1,400 individuals. In addition, the program provides education for alternative education students. The Michigan Association of Community and Adult Education recently named the program "School of the Year 2003" out of nearly 100 adult education programs statewide. Ms. McLellan will facilitate the Company with establishing technical and job skills training with respect to the Company's involvement with federal, state and local educational training programs. Ms. McLellan has retired from education and will devote such time as necessary to the affairs of the Company.
