Thomas S. Palermo Director and Project Coordinator Mr. Palermo was under the employ of the default electrical supplier for southeastern Michigan for many years and has recently retired from their employment. After discharge from the U.S. Navy's Submarine Force, he has served his past employer as a licensed nuclear reactor operator, lent his expertice in their Emergency Preparedness and Response Organization, and served as a supervisor in their Electrical System Operations Organization. Mr. Palermo's experience encompasses the operation and security of electrical transmission and distribution facilities, the purchase and sale of electricity for the utility, and the operation of fossil fuel and nuclear power plants. Additionally, Mr. Palermo has served for twelve years on a zoning board in the local community giving him a good experience base in site planning, zoning and permitting matters. Mr. Palermo is the president of TL Services, Ltd. specializing in land develoment and zoning consultation.
